Real Estate Investment Acquisitions Specialist

Full-Time | On-Site | Irving, TX (Las Colinas)

A nationwide leader in real estate investment and acquisitions is seeking a high-performing Real Estate Investment Acquisitions Specialist to join our team in Irving, TX (Las Colinas). This is a full-time, in-office real estate sales role, working Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

In this Real Estate Acquisitions position, you will focus on sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring on-market and off-market investment properties. Using our warm lead pipeline, proprietary real estate software, wholesale relationships, and strong purchasing power, you will drive consistent deal volume and build a scalable investment sales business.

This opportunity is ideal for real estate agents, acquisition specialists, or investment sales professionals who thrive in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities – Real Estate Acquisitions

  • Close an average of 35+ real estate investment transactions annually

  • Identify and evaluate residential and investment properties for acquisition

  • Work with off?market property opportunities, wholesalers, and motivated sellers

  • Negotiate purchase agreements and pricing to maximize deal profitability

  • Utilize company-provided CRM, lead management systems, and proprietary acquisition tools

  • Maintain strong pipeline activity to support high-volume real estate transactions

  • Participate in ongoing real estate investment training and acquisitions coaching


Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate Acquisitions, Investment Sales, Real Estate Agent, or Wholesale Real Estate strongly preferred

  • Active Real Estate License required (or ability to obtain within 60 days)

  • Proven success in real estate sales, negotiations, or commission-based roles

  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate deals quickly and accurately

  • Entrepreneurial attitude—motivated to build a long-term real estate investment business, not just a job

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in 100% commission, production-based real estate roles


Compensation & Structure

  • Commission-based compensation with high earning potential

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required


Travel Requirements
