We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Investigator to join our dynamic legal team. This exciting opportunity involves conducting in-depth investigations related to various areas of law, including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, insurance claims, liability, negligence, bodily injury, workers compensation, and wrongful death. The successful candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement, claims investigation, and litigation. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough investigations related to personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, insurance claims, and other related cases.
2. Gather and analyze evidence, including photographs, accident reports, medical records, and other relevant documentation.
3. Conduct interviews with witnesses, claimants, and other relevant parties, ensuring all statements are accurately recorded.
4. Evaluate case information and provide detailed reports on findings, highlighting any potential legal issues or areas of concern.
5. Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients, providing regular updates on case progress and managing client relations.
6. Work closely with legal teams to prepare for litigation, providing all necessary evidence and case details.
7. Ensure all investigations are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role such as Field Investigator, Legal Investigator, Claims Investigator, Detective, Police Officer, or other relevant Law Enforcement positions.
2. Proven experience working in the legal industry, specifically in areas such as Personal Injury, Litigation, Plaintiff Law, Injury Law, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Insurance Claims, Liability, Negligence, Bodily Injury, Workers Compensation, and Wrongful Death.
3. Exceptional interview and investigation skills, with the ability to accurately record statements and gather evidence.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex case details and identify potential legal issues.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client relations and provide clear, concise case updates.
6. Experience in roles such as Claims Adjuster, Auto Claims Adjuster, Claims Representative, Field Claims Representative, Legal Intake Specialist, Intake Specialist, Case Manager, or Personal Injury Case Manager would be advantageous.
7. Proficient in handling case evaluations, client intake, and authorization of medical records.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
