Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and manage inventory accuracy, organization, and staff performance at our Henderson, NV facility.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable leading a small team while maintaining efficient inventory flow and warehouse safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and audits
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
- Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff
- Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and adherence to safety procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for efficiency
- Communicate with purchasing, sales, and management regarding inventory needs
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
