Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and movements.
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize storage solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse.
  • Support cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes.
  • Train new staff on inventory procedures and software systems.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or supply chain preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Valid forklift certification is a plus.
