Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Conduct inventory audits and perform annual physical accounting of all inventory.
Ensure inventory accuracy of 98% for repairables and 95% for consumables.
Research can correct discrepancies identified during inventory reporting.
Complete Inventory Adjustment Request.
Assist government customer during periodic audits.
Maintain inventory records and physical inventory count sheets.
Process New Parts Request into inventory.
Process warehouse movements on loan to suppliers.
Process E-6B Spares Disposition Request.
Report to management inventory status and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Assistant Supply Response Center Manager for inventory management.
Creates, generates, and presents reports on inventory management.
Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
Exhibits positive courteous behavior with customers, businesses and coworkers.
Follows all safety procedures and practices as established by the Company and regulatory bodies.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
Associates Degree or a minimum of 1 year experience in Aviation Supply Inventory
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experienced using Mircosoft Office and Excel.
Knowledge of Logistics software: SAP, AMMO, PowerBI
Show past experience interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to understand and use the English language both oral and written to communicate information or ideas to another person or persons.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Skilled in persuasiveness; planning and organizing.
Skilled indexing and organizing files, material and data.
Skilled in problem analysis and independent decision making.
Ability to create, enter, retrieve and print from software packages.
