Job Skills / Requirements

LACOSTA is hiring an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our warehouse team in Corinth, MS. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with weekly pay, consistent hours, and the opportunity to start quickly.

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday

  • 7:30AM-4:00PM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)

  • $18/hr

Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring raw material levels, and supporting warehouse and production operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of all raw materials
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages
  • Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse and assigned areas
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
  • Address inventory and operational issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Represent LACOSTA in a professional, reliable, and integrity-based manner at all times
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity
  • Actively participate in complete and accurate shift-change communications
  • Work closely with warehouse, production, and leadership teams Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred
  • MUST be able to pass background check and drug screening
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer and inventory system knowledge preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout an 8-hour shift
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Must wear required PPE (LACOSTA shirt, steel-toed boots, long pants, safety gear)
  • Remove all jewelry and accessories while on the floor
  • Smoke-free facility
