General Purpose:
The Inventory Shuttle Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transport of inventory between Glock Inc. facilities. Operating a box truck and powered industrial equipment, this role supports the movement of materials, parts, and components across sites located within close proximity. The driver plays a key role in maintaining inventory flow, supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations, and ensuring accurate documentation and handling of goods. This position requires strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and coordination with warehouse and inventory teams.
Shift(s) Available:
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Transportation and Handling
- Safely operate a box truck and powered industrial equipment to transport inventory between designated distribution points.
- Load and unload materials, parts, and finished goods using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Ensure secure handling and placement of inventory during transit to prevent damage or loss.
Inventory Support
- Maintain accurate records of transported goods, including transfer logs, delivery confirmations, and inventory checklists.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Comply with DOT regulations, internal safety standards, and equipment operation protocols.
Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate with warehouse teams at each site to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of inventory.
- Communicate delays, issues, or changes in schedule to the External Warehouse Supervisor.
- Support inventory flow by adapting to shifting priorities and urgent transport needs.

- Ability to verify materials against documentation and report discrepancies accurately.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with warehouse teams and supervisors.
- Capable of following established routes, schedules, and safety protocols with minimal supervision.
