Job Title: Shipping & Inventory Data Entry Associate
Location: On-site (100%)
Schedule: Full-time | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
$22 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Inventory Data Entry Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role is hands-on and fully on-site, combining data entry, inventory management, and shipping/receiving responsibilities to ensure accurate and efficient product flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry related to inventory, shipments, and product tracking
Manage and maintain inventory accuracy and integrity
Execute all shipping and receiving activities
Pick, pack, weigh, and prepare finished goods for shipment
Ensure all shipping documentation is completed accurately and filed properly
Create UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL shipping labels and documents as needed
Verify accuracy of outgoing shipments, including items and documentation
Label all outgoing packages clearly and correctly
Conduct regular cycle counts as directed by the Shipping Manager
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, outages, or discrepancies
Maintain organized records of all shipments and inventory activity
Keep packing and shipping supplies fully stocked and in order
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
Qualifications:
Previous experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or inventory preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL)
Basic data entry and computer skills
Ability to lift, pack, and move products as needed
Team player with strong reliability and work ethic
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
