Position Description:  

The Inventory & Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for supporting daily inventory control and order fulfillment operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of products and materials. This role helps maintain organized inventory systems, prepares and fulfills customer orders, and supports cross-functional teams with inventory-related needs. We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing physical tasks with system documentation and compliance requirements.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory and materials from packaging teams
  • Review customer and internal orders for accuracy and regulatory compliance prior to fulfillment
  • Verify product details including THC/CBD percentages, batch numbers, product labels, and expiration dates
  • Perform compliance spot checks to ensure labeling and product data match system records
  • Accurately pick, pack, label, and stage orders for internal transfer or distribution
  • Process and record inventory transactions in inventory management systems
  • Execute retains processes and related documentation requirements
  • Maintainaccurate inventory counts through cycle counts and routine audits
  • Monitor stock levels and notify management of low inventory or replenishment needs
  • Identify and flag potential diversion, loss, or inventory mismatches immediately
  • Perform routine cycle inventory counts and accurately record results in tracking systems
  • Perform reconciliation of inventory discrepancies and variances
  • Maintain accurate chain-of-custody and product tracking records
  • Ensure all products are properly labeled, tracked, and stored according to company and regulatory standards
  • Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Packaging, and Sales teams to resolve order or inventory issues quickly
  • Prepare shipping documentation (METRC manifests) and internal transfer records as required
  • Maintain clean, organized, and secure inventory and fulfillment areas
  • Assistwith productretains and quarantines as directed
  • Support cross-functional teams with inventory pulls and special fulfillment requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in fulfillment and inventory work areas
  • Follow company policies related to safety, security, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned

 

​​Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Previous experience in helping to maintain an inventory of cannabis products in a retail or warehouse setting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recordkeeping
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems including METRC and Apex Trading
  • Ability to follow written procedures and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality required

Position Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM
