Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or MSA degree.
- Experience with Cost Accounting.
- Experience managing project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
- Ability to propose next steps and roadblock solutions and anticipate questions and issues early, manage time, and follow work plans.
- Ability to have an attention to detail, organizational skills, a focus on continuous improvement, a collaborative style, and the capacity to work with cross-functional and international teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with executive management.

You'll advise on financial reports required by governmental regulations, and review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports. You move fast while keeping your attention to detail, and you tap into your problem-solving skills to support business objectives.As an Inventory Operations Accountant, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial statements. You will partner with a Technical Infrastructure (TI) Inventory Accounting Advisor to monitor operations, develop reporting processes, establish and continuously measure business metrics, and implement systematic automation wherever possible. You will become a subject matter expert, and a critical point of contact, for all aspects of the monthly close process and both internal and external financial reporting. You will also play a crucial role in designing, documenting, and maintaining internal controls (SOX) to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risk. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$183,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Monitor accounting activity periodically, and contribute to the establishment of preventive and detective controls for non-standard transactions.
- Prepare periodic flux reporting for balance sheet and Profit and Loss (P&L) accounts.
- Contribute to the establishment of SOX controls, and prepare documentation for them periodically as required.
- Develop financial reporting for supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with other groups (e.g., FP&A, International Controllership, Server Operations) to optimize accounting processes and identify areas of improvement and propose requirements and solutions.
