What your future day will look like:
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliations across multiple operating sites.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Partner with internal supply teams, terminals, and vendors to investigate and correct inventory variances.
  • Prepare and post journal entries related to inventory adjustments, swaps, and month-end close activities.
  • Support general ledger accounting through reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and depreciation entries.
  • Provide backup support for other accounting functions and assist with special projects as needed.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting with exposure to inventory and operational finance
  • Solid understanding of general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with accounting systems, including QuickBooks
  • Ability to manage month-end close tasks, reconciliations, and journal entries accurately
  • Detail-oriented, organized work style with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
