•Maintain documentation for purchase orders, packing slips, Bills of Lading, receiving records, inspection notes, and material transfers
•Implement controls to ensure critical spares and operational materials are visible, available, and properly stored
•Develop and maintain SOPs for receiving, put-away, staging, inventory transactions, and material movement

Material Staging & Operational Support
•Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, and vendors to prioritize material readiness for scheduled work
•Stage materials for maintenance events, commissioning activities, retrofits, repairs, and capital improvement projects
•Ensure critical materials are available when needed to support uptime, operational continuity, and maintenance planning
•Track material readiness, delivery status, inventory availability, and open receiving issues
•Provide clear updates and escalations to site leadership on inventory or logistics risks

Vendor & Delivery Coordination
•Manage coordination with freight carriers, delivery providers, suppliers, storage providers, and logistics contractors
•Ensure vendors follow site access, delivery, documentation, safety, and receiving requirements
•Partner with Procurement and Corporate Logistics teams to support inbound delivery timelines, replenishment, and material availability
