Your role As an Inventory and Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all shipments and ensuring inventory control. You will play a key role in enhancing our operational capabilities and driving business success. You will report to the Inventory Manager and be located in the Deer Park, Texas office. You will Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Handle all aspects of crating for pumps and equipment to ensure damage free shipping. Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates. Packages and labels shipments according to guidelines and specifications. Maintains accurate records and assists in inventory control. Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Provides quality paint jobs for pumps and equipment including the necessary paint preparation steps.
