  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user procedures for Workday Inventory.
  • Participate in cutover planning activities, helping to define and execute tasks required to transition from legacy systems to Workday Inventory.
  • Provide go-live support and participate in hypercare activities to stabilize the system and address post-implementation issues.
  • Partner with stakeholders at all organizational levels to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and drive adoption of new inventory processes.
  • Apply strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and improve inventory processes within Workday.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, providing updates, training, and guidance as needed.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of ERP implementation experience supporting full project lifecycles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Inventory configuration and functionality.
  • Proven experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
  • Experience coordinating testing efforts, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Experience with data conversion activities, including data mapping, validation, and migration for inventory or related modules.
  • Experience defining and supporting reporting requirements for inventory and ERP processes.
  • Knowledge of cutover planning, go-live support, and hypercare activities in an ERP environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP project management activities within the scope of functional implementation.
  • Experience in inventory control and supply chain management.
  • Experience implementing Workday solutions, specifically Workday Inventory.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
