Role snapshot
- Execute material movement precisely per SOPs.
- Load and unload inbound/outbound materials as directed.
- Stage raw materials and finished goods for production and shipping.
- Stock inventory according to the warehouse storage layout and design.
- Keep work areas 6S-ready, including racking, tool boards, and equipment.
- Work from daily pick sheets/lists to locate, retrieve, and scan items.
- Scan raw materials and finished products to designated locations when directed.
- Flag discrepancies to your direct supervisor without delay.
- Contribute to manufacturing and operational improvement discussions.
- Participate in all required company-sponsored training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of warehouse experience or related experience.
- Works independently with minimal supervision.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to operate a forklift and obtain certification.
Pay
$15.81 to $23.41 hourly. Compensation for this role is negotiable based on experience and skill set.
