We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Documentation Specialist / Warehouse Clerk to join our warehouse operations team. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, documenting incoming equipment, photographing items, and preparing inventory data for upload into company systems and online sales platforms.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, has strong attention to detail, and can work independently while supporting cross-functional teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, researching discrepancies, and maintaining organized documentation for all managed equipment and client projects.
This role reports directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager or Regional Director.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately document, photograph, catalog, and track incoming and existing inventory items
Enter inventory data into company systems while maintaining speed and accuracy goals
Research and collect item details and specifications for online listing preparation
Review and verify inventory documentation submitted by other team members before system uploads
Audit inventory, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies when needed
Maintain organized records and inventory tracking reports
Assist in training warehouse team members on proper documentation and inventory procedures
Ensure customer and client inventory tagging systems are properly maintained
Keep customer inventory organized and separated from production materials and tools
Support warehouse and administrative operations as needed
Assist customers during pickup days when required
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
Ability to multitask and analyze data efficiently
Previous warehouse, inventory, administrative, or documentation experience preferred
Experience with warehouse management systems or databases is a plus
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, spreadsheets, and multiple computer programs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional attitude with a safety-focused mindset
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and operate a pallet jack
English fluency required; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Restaurant equipment knowledge is a plus
Previous experience with inventory management, warehouse operations, documentation, or administrative work preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $19.00
Schedule
Monday – Friday
Core hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Occasional weekends based on business and client needs
