Advance Services Inc. is looking for a skilled Inventory Cycle Counter for a 3PL E-Commerce Distribution Center located in North Las Vegas, NV near the Speedway.

Key Responsibilities include maintaining counting accuracy by performing daily physical cycle counts using ABC analysis on high volume e-commerce inventory including finished goods and components to ensure alignment with warehouse management system records across multiple client accounts, investigating and resolving inventory variances by researching discrepancies such as shortages incorrect picks returns and damaged items to identify root causes and protect order accuracy, supporting third party logistics warehouse operations by ensuring proper inventory labeling location accuracy and efficient product rotation using first in first out methods in a fast paced multi-client fulfillment environment, completing system documentation by using handheld barcode scanners to update inventory records accurately and in a timely manner within the warehouse management system, ensuring quality assurance by auditing receiving put away picking and packing processes to meet client service level agreements and prevent errors, and maintaining safety compliance by keeping a clean organized work area while strictly following company safety security and standard operating procedures in a high throughput distribution setting.
As part of our hiring process, candidates will be required to complete an assessment to evaluate the qualifications and basic knowledge needed for the role.
Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour (Temp to Hire)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Must be flexible to come in early or stay late as needed when authorized by Operations Managers.
- Must be flexible to come in on Off Days.
