We are hiring an experienced Inventory Coordinator to support warehouse and production operations by maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring material availability. This role is responsible for cycle counts, inventory audits, ERP transactions, inventory reconciliation, BOM verification, and supporting production through accurate inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and inventory reconciliations.
• Process inventory transactions and adjustments in the ERP/MRP system.
• Verify material movements, BOM accuracy, and production material usage.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages.
• Generate inventory reports and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support annual physical inventories and maintain inventory traceability.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred.
• 2–5 years of inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
