Accepts donations from donor customers and provides and/or offers each donor a tax receipt in an efficient, prompt, and courteous manner providing excellent customer service. Maintains the company vehicles in a clean condition inside and out and reports maintenance issues to the Warehouse Coordinator with the use of the Vehicle Inspection Report. Inspects quality, cleans and/or performs minor repair (less than 5 minutes) to items as indicated before transporting to sales floor or processing area. Responsible for maintaining the donation intake area in an efficient manner by keeping it safe, organized and properly stocked. Responsible for refusing items in a tactful and courteous manner that do not meet our standards per the posted "Do Not Accept List".
