What will you be responsible for?

At Market of Hilliard, every member of our team serves others by providing unexpected service to guests and teammates, going the extra mile to show care. Some specific responsibilities include:

• Available for Open shift (from 5:30AM)
• Put up inventory and organize according to FIFO process
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area and work environment
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members
• Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence
• Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership

What Are We Looking For?

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude in even challenging scenarios

• Strong ability to communicate clearly and listen carefully
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and dependability
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
• Customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
