Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator with inventory experience for a new opening with our client in the Greensboro area.
This Direct Hire position will be responsible for directing, optimizing, and coordinating the inventory and shipping operations withina fast-paced organization.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
• Strategically plan and manage logistics and transportation.
• Direct and coordinate inventory cycle within ERP software.
• Manage 3rd Party Logistics partner relationship to maximize efficiency and maintain accuracy.
• Manage inventory levels, reorder quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Keep internal stakeholders updated on order status and resolve any arising problems.
• Manage full supply chain costs and supplier pricing to maintain profitability targets.
• Maintain supplier compliance records and ensure new suppliers meet regulations.
• Manage multi-location chain store pricing changes and required submissions.
• Additional responsibilities as needed and determined by management.
Requirements:
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of maintaining budgets and delivering on expectations.
• Working experience in logistics and purchasing a plus.
• Proficiency with cloud based collaboration programs, especially Google Workspace.
• Ability to learn or experience using ERP software.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple ongoing projects.
