Inventory Coordinator

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a world-class hospital in Cleveland, OH to hire an Inventory Coordinator. This is a first shift opportunity with a starting pay rate of $15/hour. This role focuses on supporting healthcare supply chain operations by ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient coordination between departments and Supply Chain Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between the department and Supply Chain Management to maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels
• Monitor, track, and manage inventory in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Utilize bar code scanners, handheld devices, and inventory systems to support daily operations
• Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and replenishment as needed
• Support department needs to ensure supplies are readily available for patient care

Additional Details:

• Opportunity to work in the new Neurological Institute—a 1 million square foot facility opening next January on main campus

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in healthcare supply chain or inventory-related functions
• Experience using computer systems, including bar code readers, handheld devices, and printers
