What You’ll Do:- Maintain accurate inventory levels and records across all systems
- Oversee product flow from receiving through scheduling, routing, and delivery preparation
- Track and verify daily incoming appliances and outgoing deliveries
- Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate and monitor vendor returns
- Build strong working relationships with vendors and internal teams
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
- Operate forklifts, squeeze clamp trucks, and picker equipment as needed
- Support annual physical inventory and ongoing process improvements
What We’re Looking For:- Strong communicator who works well with warehouse staff, sales, purchasing, and scheduling teams
- Solid understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning internal inventory systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
- Ability to perform basic math for inventory tracking and shipments
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with computerized inventory systems required
- Forklift, squeeze clamp, and picker certifications a plus
Physical Requirements:- Ability to lift and move appliances (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to work on your feet and navigate warehouse storage areas (high and low)
