QUALIFICATIONS

* Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
College degree preferred (or 7+ years of direct ICQA/warehouse experience in lieu of degree).
Forklift certification plus but not required.
Hands-on ICQA experience in warehouse operations.
WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) experience.
SOP development and process improvement.

* Knowledge of

Inventory control best practices and warehouse workflows.
Lean 5S and continuous improvement methodologies.
Barcode scanning systems and inventory tracking technologies.

* Ability to

Analyze data (Excel) to identify trends and discrepancies.
Train teams and communicate technical processes clearly.
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
Skills

* Problem-solving and root cause analysis.

IV. Preferred Qualifications

*Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Certification in Lean/5S or inventory management.
Leading ICQA in a high-volume warehouse.
WMS implementation experience.
Extensiv App knowledge (or any ERP/WMS applications)

RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Position Description

Lead inventory control & quality assurance (ICQA) activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in warehouse operations.
Utilize and maintain WMS for inventory tracking; WMS implementation experience is a plus.
Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline ICQA and warehouse processes.
Conduct cycle counts, audits, and root cause analyses to maintain inventory integrity.
Implement and uphold Lean 5S methodologies to drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
Work closely with warehouse teams to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Support warehouse operations as needed, including picking, packing, receiving, and put-away.
Train and mentor warehouse associates on inventory control best practices and quality assurance processes.
Utilize Excel and data analysis to track inventory trends, analyze discrepancies, and improve processes.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

II. Supervisory Responsibilities

May supervise ICQA specialists or warehouse associates assigned to inventory tasks.
Collaborates with cross-functional warehouse teams (receiving, picking, shipping).

III. Work Environment

Warehouse setting with exposure to temperature variations, and physical activity.
Requires lifting up to 20 lbs and operating forklifts.
Occasional overtime or weekend work during peak periods.
