If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work, join Torrid as an Inventory Control/Equipment Operator position! As a DC Inventory Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for increasing and maintaining the company's profitability by maintaining accurate inventory levels and recognizing and resolving quality discrepancies.

 

 WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Conduct cycle count inventory.
  • Maintain adequate storage for on-site inventory.
  • Check bulk orders for accuracy and quality prior to shipment.
  • Audits the facility’s inventory on a regular basis and provides reports to management.
  • Notify management of shortages or other problems that may impact productivity.
  • Count and record all OHDC supplies inventory.
  • Researching and reconciling aged inventory.
  • Replenish and Putaway packaging in VNA.
  • Operate and Monitor the Retail Carton Erector.
  • Operate Pallet Jack and Forklift.
  • Adheres to all safety procedures, all Federal, State and OSHA guidelines.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Inventory experience or related field.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • PC Skills: Microsoft Office, basic math, and accounting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Powered equipment experience. (Cherry Picker)
  • Satisfy initial and ongoing carton erector training necessary for success within the role. Training provided by Maintenance Supervisors/Mechanics
