Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of inventory control and cycle counting experience required
• Previous 3PL (third-party logistics) warehouse experience strongly preferred
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

• Perform daily cycle counts and scheduled inventory audits
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and location errors
• Update inventory records accurately within the warehouse management system
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and proper product labeling
• Partner with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to correct inventory issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen inventory control processes
• Complete inventory documentation and reporting accurately
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and housekeeping standards
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

As an Inventory Control Cycle Counter you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions.
