The Logistics Inventory Analyst will leverage data analysis to support supply chain decisions, minimize excess or obsolete inventory, and ensure product availability aligns with business needs. Strong collaboration with procurement, operations, and logistics teams is essential. At Kuehne+Nagel, your contribution goes far beyond the warehouse—it helps shape the flow of global trade.
We are seeking a candidate that can conduct analytical investigations and resolve discrepancies across all Customer sites in support of worldwide inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and required audits. This position operates on a Wednesday–Saturday schedule from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM CST.
How you create impact
Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and manage proper resolution/actions
Manage SAP workflow (grief notifications) and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, Customer Service)
Reconcile inventory issues (serial number changes, adjustments, batch issues, blocked stock, PO/MRA reversals)
Process critical inventory transactions (expedited parts, MRAs, cores) to maintain accuracy and operational flow
Maintain accurate data entry and reporting to support metrics, tracking, and performance analysis
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards while supporting general warehouse organization and teamwork
What we would like you to bring
Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
High school diploma or GED
Previous cycle counter experience

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience,skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
