Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6+ months of inventory control, warehouse, or related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with detailed records and high-volume data
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and stretching

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate inventory records in company systems
• Develop and improve inventory management procedures and controls
• Perform daily inventory management activities to ensure accuracy
• Reconcile physical inventory to system records and make adjustments as needed
• Conduct weekly and monthly cycle counts and reporting
• Coordinate annual physical inventory processes and audits
• Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Develop and support recoup programs for damaged or defective products
• Track and process returned goods for disposal, salvage, or return to stock
• Audit returned products and ensure proper system placement and documentation
• Process credit transactions and related documentation
• Generate reports, audits, and inventory adjustment documentation
• Maintain inventory security and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with customer service, warehouse, and operations teams on inventory timing and cut-off schedules
• Communicate inventory updates and discrepancies to management
