Salary- 110k max

Inventory Control Analyst to support day-to-day inventory control operations in a fast-paced supply chain and manufacturing environment. This role will focus on inventory reconciliation, transaction accuracy, variance review, and issue resolution to help ensure accurate inventory records and timely closure of open items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inventory reconciliation, cycle count coordination, variance review, and closure of open inventory transactions.
  • Execute and track inventory movements and related transactions with accuracy.
  • Review book-to-book inventory differences, validate variances, and support inventory adjustment requests.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, finance, operations, and partner teams to resolve inventory gaps and transaction issues.
  • Track open actions, follow up on pending items, and ensure inventory control activities are completed within timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain operations, manufacturing support, or a related role.
  • Understanding of inventory transactions, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
  • Strong Excel, tracking, and follow-up skills.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in ERP systems.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, repair, or contract manufacturer operations.
  • Familiarity with inventory movement tracking and transaction issue resolution.

Mandatory Skills: Inventory Control, Reconciliation, Variance Analysis, Excel.

Experience: 3-5 Years
