What You Will Do: + Review and manage inventory parameters to support world-class customer experience and achieve service-level targets + Purchase inventory to meet customer-required delivery dates and demand forecasts + Maintain and manage item and vendor files to ensure accurate inventory planning and goal attainment + Develop, publish, and execute the annual returns schedule; collaborate with SC Managers to reduce excess and reserve inventory company-wide + Partner with vendors to ensure high service levels, reliable supply, and competitive pricing + Manage inventory performance to meet asset management objectives, including: + 150+ GMROI + Less than 2% reserve inventory + 96% first-shipment fill rate + Expedite open purchase orders to mitigate supply disruptions and delivery risks + Lead procurement efforts for special-order and non-standard items + Negotiate pricing agreements and purchasing terms with vendors + Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned What You Will Bring: + Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT) + Communicate effectively + Detail Oriented + Familiarity with MS Office + Familiarity with NCE computer system Physical Requirements and Work Environment: + Office environment. + Extensive use of computer and phone systems. + Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday; however, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required based on business needs. + Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance. Salary & Compensation: + This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime. + Pay is $80,168.40 annually.
