We Are Hiring:

 

Location:  Tulsa, OK

Facility:  Ascension St John 

Department/Specialty:  Materials Management Warehouse

Schedule:  PRN, every Friday and Saturday from 2p - 10:30p.  Not benefits eligible 

*This position will eventually become a FT position with a schedule Tuesday-Saturday, 2pm-10:30pm schedule

What You Will Do:

Monitor, order, stock, and transport supplies and/or equipment for the organization.

  • Ensure timely delivery of stock/inventory as needed.
  • Maintain storeroom inventory levels and timely removal of expired products.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot inventory issues/problems.
  • Maintain accurate tracking records for inventory.
  • Ensure stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines and best practices.
  • Engage customers on a regular basis to ensure good service.
  • Maintain a professional presence to effectively interact with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors.
What You Will Need:

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences:

Experience:

  • Warehousing experience, logistics, supply chain operations, or shipping and receiving experience preferred
  • Medical supply experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
