Job Description

Warehouse Inventory Clerk
Overview

This role supports daily warehouse operations, managing the flow of materials in and out while maintaining organization, accuracy, and safety. The position works closely with purchasing and production teams to ensure inventory integrity and timely fulfillment of production and sales needs.
Schedule & Location

  • Onsite, Monday-Friday
  • Two shifts available:
    • AM: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
    • PM: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
  • Location: Culver City
  • Parking provided
Key Responsibilities
  • Verify packing slips against purchase orders and enter data accurately
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies with buyers
  • Maintain incoming/outgoing inspection logs and manage inspection inventory
  • Issue materials and kits to support production requirements
  • Pick accessories for sales orders and coordinate returns/outside processing
  • Record all inventory transactions in real time
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
  • Maintain warehouse organization (labeling, FIFO, date code tracking)
  • Support general warehouse operations as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of warehouse experience (electronics components preferred)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Employment contingent on background check and drug test
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., Google Sheets tracking)
  • Familiarity with international freight
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay: $23-$25/hour
