Role Details:
- Location: Onsite in Carlsbad
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Salary: $60,000-$65,000/yearly
- Job Type: Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records
- Collaborate with production and purchasing teams to maintain optimal stock levels
- Prepare inventory reports and provide insights to management
- Assist with inventory audits and compliance documentation
- Identify process improvements to enhance inventory control and efficiency
- Support general administrative tasks related to inventory management
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
- 2+ years of experience in inventory analysis or related role
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
