ANCC Magnet designated UPMC Passavant is currently hiring a Full-Time Invasive Cardiac Technologist to support our Cardiac Catheterization Lab at the McCandless location. Title and salary will be determined based upon education and experience.

Shift Details:
  • Monday - Friday
  • Four 10-hour shifts 7am - 5:30pm
  • On-call shifts required to cover nights, weekends and holidays
  • Shifts will be further discussed during the interview

    Ensures all images are accurately coded, tracked in PACS, linked to the appropriate electronic record for archival and interpretation, and that all charges are entered correctly.

  • Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology (RT-R) or Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist (RCIS).

    Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
  • ARRT Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiology OR ARRT Certificate OR Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Echocardiograph and Ultrasound
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within one year of hire/transfer into department/role.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
