Responsibilities:
The Invasive Cardiac Specialist demonstrates professional development and clinical competency. Utilizes the invasive cardiology process to address health educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers; manages patient care assignments as well as other organizational tasks related to patient and unit operations; applies knowledge of growth and development needs from adolescent through geriatric patients; assists with invasive procedures in the roles of hemodynamic monitoring, circulating, and scrubbing with physicians.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Diploma Diploma Cardiovascular Technology or Radiology
- One of: ARRT (R) or RCIS ARRT or RCIS
Desired:
- One year in a cath lab
- Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) ARRT or RCIS OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist ARRT or RCIS
