About the Clinician's WorkdayThe interventional cardiologist will provide 24-hour call coverage on a shift schedule of 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM, with responsibilities including inpatient consult rounding and performing procedures such as stenting as deemed necessary. This is a call-only position with no outpatient responsibilities; clinicians will not be required to admit patients. Anesthesia support is available on site. Board certification in Interventional Cardiology is required, and new clinicians must arrive one day prior to the start of the first assignment block for orientation.
