Providence is seeking a full-time board-eligible board-certified Interventional Cardiologist to join the greater dedicated team of 14 other cardiologists and 3 cardiothoracic surgeons at the Heart Institute of Montana. This opportunity is split between Dillon & Butte, Montana. Seeking someone with a passion for outreach and serving rural locations with the exciting opportunity to build this program. This position is for an Interventional Cardiologist only and will not be doing structural work. The expectations of the position are specific on each campus and may include but are not limited to supervision and interpretation of echos, stress echos, and heart rhythm monitors. This position requires the ability to represent the Providence Heart Institute as both a cardiac care provider and an ambassador for the programs. Providing education to peers in rural communities is essential to the team building aspect of this position. The position will be supported by peers in Missoula and Hamilton.
This position is not a hospital position and does not have call. Although there is an opportunity to support those functions, it is not a requirement.
