Phaxis Education is seeking dedicated Intervention Specialists to support students across the Fairborn area for the 2026 2027 school year. We partner with exceptional educators who are passionate about making a difference and helping students achieve academic, social, and behavioral success.
Position Details
" Full-Time, Monday Friday
" Elementary, Middle School, and High School opportunities available
" Resource, Inclusion, Self-Contained, and Specialized Program settings
" Competitive weekly pay

Responsibilities
" Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
" Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
" Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to support student success
" Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
" Monitor student progress and maintain compliance documentation
" Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
" Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
" Active Ohio Intervention Specialist License or ability to obtain licensure
" Strong communication and collaboration skills
" Passion for supporting students with disabilities
" Experience in special education settings preferred
