Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree. Two years of experience in operations at an attraction to include supervisory experience is required. Additional experience in operations at an attraction to include supervisory experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays on a varying work schedule. Must possess a drivers license.

This position will assist with the recruitment, hiring, and training of seasonal staff for the summer camp and school field trip programs. Responsibilities also include coordinating registration, supporting the development and implementation of educational programming for encampments and rentals, and assisting with service projects and community engagement initiatives. The position is responsible for program marketing across social media platforms, providing direct supervision of program animal care, and supporting the daily operations of Camp Owaissa Bauer, including rentals, registration, customer service, and administrative functions.
