    Description

    Minimum Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED. Two years of customer service or tourism related experience is required. Must possess excellent communication skills. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays on a varying schedule. Must possess a valid driver license.

    This is a professional work in leading the team responsible for animal encounters, including the Giraffe Feeding, Parrot Feeding, Tortoise Encounter, Rhino Encounter and Zoo Mascot appearances. Leads the IP team in the daily care, maintenance and inspection of the Australian Aviary. Provides exceptional guest service through engagement while creating friendly and positive interactions with all guests and co-workers.
