As an Internet Sales Specialist, you'll do much more than answer internet leads. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience from the very first interaction.
Your responsibilities include:
Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries from prospective customers.
Learn about each customer's needs and recommend the right vehicle options.
Guide customers through the next steps of their buying journey.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM.
Build lasting customer relationships through timely, professional communication.
Work closely with sales, service, management, and other departments to ensure every customer has a seamless experience.
Help create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers and assisting whenever needed.
Support teammates throughout the dealership during busy times because delivering a great customer experience is everyone's responsibility.
This position is primarily an evening and Saturday role, as these are some of our busiest times serving customers.
