What You'll DoOwn the guest experience: Greet fast, qualify needs, and guide customers through a transparent, professional process.
Work the funnel: Handle web leads, calls, texts, and walk-ins with speed and precision; confirm and show appointments.
Present with confidence: Product walk-arounds, test drives, feature/benefit tie-downs, and clear numbers presentation.
Close & follow up: Overcome objections, partner with management to finalize deals, and complete a 24-hour post-delivery follow-up.
Merchandise the floor: Keep vehicles, signage, and displays showroom-ready and on-brand.
Promote offers: Introduce current promotions, accessories, warranties, and service options; cross-sell to increase ticket.
Run the CRM: Log every touch-appointments, notes, next actions-zero gaps.
High school diploma or Associate's degree.
Retail or dealership sales experience preferred (experienced auto sales pros encouraged to apply).
Professional communication-on the phone, in person, and on camera (short-form video/social content a plus).
Comfortable with basic math and CRM/DMS tools; quick to learn new systems.
Positive attitude, polished appearance, and the drive to win in a fast pace.
Able to stand/walk for extended periods; valid driver's license.
High-traffic store with strong marketing support and steady opportunities.
