The role includes a variety of responsibilities, such as:


  •  Engage with online and showroom customers to provide an exceptional car buying experience
  • Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the entire sales process
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals through effective communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with management and team members to maximize performance and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to grow your earning potential
Pay Scale: Base Hourly rate of $16.90, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors. At Future Ford of Sacramento, you’ll join a dealership that’s ready to break records — and you’ll be part of a team that’s growing together. As the dealership thrives, so do our Sales Associates. Most earn between $4,000 and $11,000 each month, with even higher earnings during record-breaking sales periods.

What We’re Looking For


  • Driven, enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sales, service, and success
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A team player eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive workplace
  • Previous Automotive Sales, Internet Sales, Retail Sales, or Sales Consultant experience preferred, but not required, we’ll train the right person
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results in a fast-growing company
Must have: 


·         Valid CA Drivers License
·         Valid CA Sales License
