Our office has over 100 years of combined insurance experience and a strong reputation built on trust, responsiveness, and local service across Denton County and the greater DFW area.
This role is focused on handling inbound internet leads and follow-up conversations. If you’re motivated, coachable, and enjoy helping people while working in a structured sales environment, this is a great entry point into the insurance industry.
What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly to internet-generated insurance leads
- Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for insurance quotes
- Help guide customers through Auto, Home, Renters, and Life insurance options
- Maintain accurate notes and activity in CRM systems
- Build relationships with warm leads already interested in coverage

Who This Role is Perfect For
- Strong communicator (especially via text and phone)
- Comfortable using computers, CRMs, and online systems
- Naturally persistent and organized with follow-up
- Someone who enjoys sales
- Eager to learn and grow into a licensed insurance professional
- Must be willing to obtain (or already hold) a Property & Casualty license
