    Description

    The International Branch is the flagship branch office of CS&Co’s International business. As a branch office serving clients outside the United States, our mission is to deliver world-class relationship management and wealth guidance to clients around the globe. We help clients navigate U.S. investing opportunities while supporting their long-term financial goals through a highly personalized and consultative experience.

    As a Wealth Consultant Partner – International, you will play a critical role in supporting International Wealth Consultants as they deepen client relationships, deliver comprehensive wealth planning conversations, and grow their practices. You will partner closely with Wealth Consultants to provide exceptional client service, proactive engagement, business development support, and operational excellence across a diverse international client base.

    What you have

    Required minimum skills and qualifications are:

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

    • 2+ years of financial services experience, wealth management experience, or international client servicing experience.

    • Strong understanding of relationship management and consultative client conversations.

    • Demonstrated ability to build trust and establish meaningful relationships with clients.

    • Knowledge of Schwabs international client servicing model, jurisdictional rules, product limitations, and operational policies preferred.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with affluent clients.

    • Ability to work collaboratively with financial professionals, branch leadership, and business partners.

    • Strong client focus, ownership mindset, and commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.

    • High degree of adaptability and comfort working across multiple countries, cultures, and regulatory environments.

    • Series 7 Required

    • Series 66 (63/65) Required (can be obtained as Condition of Employment)

    Preferred Characteristics:

    • Passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

    • Proficiency in a foreign language is preferred.

    • CFP®, CWS®, CPWA®, CFA®, CIMA®, AAMS®, AWMA®, or other relevant financial planning designations are preferred.

    • Curiosity and willingness to continuously develop planning and wealth management expertise.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance client service, business development, and operational responsibilities.

    • Demonstrates partnership, accountability, and a team-first mindset while supporting branch and client outcomes.

    In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for a bonus and language incentive opportunities.
