International/ Value Added Services Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced International & Value-Added Services (VAS) Supervisor to help lead our Distribution Center operations by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time while supporting international shipping and specialized customer requirements.

What Youll Do:

• Supervise daily Value-Added Services (VAS) and International Shipping operations, ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and shipped within required timelines.
• Oversee specialized services including ticketing, garment-on-hanger (GOH), labeling, and other customer-specific requirements.
• Coordinate international shipment documentation, including commercial invoices, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, bills of lading, and freight forwarder scheduling.
• Review customer routing and vendor compliance requirements to ensure shipments meet customer expectations and compliance standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team by scheduling staff, conducting training, providing performance feedback, and supporting employee development.
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and safety while addressing performance concerns and recognizing opportunities for improvement..
• Assist with staffing, cross-training, documentation, and the development of standard operating procedures.
• Promote a culture centered on safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant distribution experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume distribution, warehouse, or fulfillment environment.
• Experience supervising warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, or value-added services teams.
• Working knowledge of international shipping documentation and freight processes is preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF technology, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Pay Range: $70,304-$72,000 annually plus bonus based on experience
