International Staffing Manager, The Broadmoor Hotel, Inc. dba The Broadmoor, (Colorado Springs, CO). Supervise all aspects of International program ensuring proper regulations and guidelines are being followed; Respond to international placement inquiries Communicate with incoming international students to answer questions, provide information, and obtain visa progress/arrival information; Coordinate with Department Heads and visa sponsorship agencies to develop training plans; Prepare paperwork for petitioning of H2B workers; Manage the onboarding, stay, and departures of up to 300 H2B employees and up to 500 J1 international students each year ensuring proper regulations, policies and guidelines are followed; Support the recruitment and renewal process for all TN visa holders; Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in job or in related supervisory position. Experience must include 2 years working in a Forbes rated 5 star and AAA rated 5 Diamond luxury resort; Must have experience indirectly supervising and/or guiding a minimum 50 team members. Prior experience managing H2B, TN, J1 visa holders. Must travel internationally for up to two weeks at a time (8-12 weeks a year) and valid US Driver's License is required.
