Purpose of Position:
The Business Development Manager International Division is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding the company's global network and services from the United States. This role focuses on new business development while supporting regional sales teams with international opportunities. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with strong consultative selling skills, the ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments, and a proven track record of closing complex international transportation solutions. Frequent travel and in-person client engagement are key components of this role.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, International Trade, or related field OR 10+ years of sales experience in international freight forwarding or small package transportation.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primarily field-based with frequent travel to client locations.
Office-based work for reporting, planning, and administrative responsibilities.
Flexible work hours may be required to accommodate clients across multiple time zones.
Ability to work 40 hours per week or more if required.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. unassisted
May require repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers
May require prolonged periods of sitting and/or driving throughout the workday
Willing to travel to various job sites and other locations
Valid driver's license and proof of insurability required when job duties require use of motor vehicle
Requires exercising discretion in decision-making process and maintaining strict confidentiality concerning the vendor, employee and company proprietary related information
