Responsibilities

 

  • Create repair orders for incoming vehicles to determine necessary reconditioning work and estimate costs.
  • Coordinate with shop foreman, detailers, and parts departments to ensure timely and quality reconditioning of vehicles.
  • Communicate with sales and management teams to provide updates on vehicle status and availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repair orders, and reconditioning schedules.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and parts needed for reconditioning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations throughout the reconditioning process.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns related to vehicle reconditioning.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff members in reconditioning procedures and standards.
  • Work with vendors to get the best pricing for the dealership.
  • Follow warranty guidelines set forth by the manufacturer.
