Position Summary
The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join its medical team in Shelton, CT.This is a full-time, permanent opportunity

Essential Position Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to patients across a wide range of health needs.
Conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and manage ongoing treatment.
Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate medications and therapies.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.
Promote preventive health measures and patient education to encourage long-term wellness.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record system.
Participate in quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
Experience: Prior clinical experience preferred, but new graduates and residents are welcome to apply.
